An offshore hub of global advertising giant is seeking to hire the undersaid Technical Director ROLE : - As an experienced Technical Director, you will have to work on Digital Domain with respect to website &amp; Mobile Application development and other digital channels like Social Media, CRM Integration and Automation techniques. - Proactive thinker who is able to work in fast-paced, agile environment and be a regular contributor of ideas and solutions to the teams. You must be passionate about technology and maintain leading edge insights into the development trends. You will be part of a small, self-organizing team, which works completely agile. RESPONSIBILITIES : - 15+ years of Experience in Web and Mobile application development life cycle - Provide the team with technical advice and support - Oversee each project's life cycle from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency - Analyze user requirements and usability metrics to ensure customer satisfaction - Apply architectural and functional specifications to each project - Meet with clients to refine and evaluate requirements, strategy and content needs - Goodwill management - Increasing efficiency of internal business processes - Enforce coding standards across all departments - Research and introduce new technologies for all employees and management - Assist in creating in-house standards - Implementing the best practices and automation techniques - Hiring and training technical team members as per requirements REQUIRED SKILLS : The ideal candidate will possess a broad experience in Web and Mobil application development that will include : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology or related field - 15+ years of experience in the IT industry at various levels from individual contributor to management. - 5 + years experience in project management, delivery, planning, team leading, mentoring - Should have handled multiple teams and clients (US, UK and APAC region). - Strong experience in client management from presales to implementation. - Excellent understanding of current web and mobile app landscape - Digital experience within Advertising Agency is a plus
