Director - Taxation - IT & Software Services Firm - CA

We are handling a leadership role into Taxation with our leading client into IT & Software Services for the role of Director Taxation.

- Experience of Corporate tax advisory, compliance, tax representation & Global mobility tax, International Taxation, transfer pricing, merger & acquisition

- Understand the business models and review tax and regulatory positions on cross-border transactions, keeping in mind the local laws, transfer pricing regulations

- Oversee corporate tax, GST and transfer pricing compliance and litigation for group companies across regions. 

- Post qualification work experience of at least 15 years (preferably 2-3 yrs in industry & consulting) with excellent exposure to International taxation and M&A transactions. 

- Exposure to US taxation would be an added advantage.

- CA is mandatory
