Requirements:
Certification(s) Required: CA is mandatory.
- 12-15 years of experience working on international tax and/or accounting matters.
- We have an exciting opportunity to join our global tax team based in Gurgaon, India.
- This is a new opening for an experienced Manager to support the international markets for tax accounting, compliance & reporting at our client.
- The successful candidate will gain experience covering a wide range of international jurisdictions supporting US GAAP tax provisioning, and liaising with a third party provider in connection with local statutory reporting and compliance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing US tax compliance team on the preparation and review of related US tax forms 5471s, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993.
- Responsible for the management, monitoring, and review of workpapers supporting the US international calculations for reporting and tax compliance.
- This includes, but is not limited to Subpart F, FTC, FDII, GILTI.
- Responsible the management, monitoring, and review of workpapers supporting the US International calculations for reporting and tax compliance.
- Excellent technical knowledge of US corporate and international taxation is required.
- Experience in Leading various projects and initiatives for Compliance.
- Looking forward for the Automation opportunities in the existing processes and improving them.
- Build and manage an excellent day to day professional relationship with team and ensuring that all compliances meet the timelines.
- Apprise the top management on development of tax issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate key messages to colleagues, business partners, and senior leaders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification(s) Required: Graduation from a Reputed Institute / CA is mandatory.
- 10-12 years of experience working on international tax and/or accounting matters.
- Big 4 experience a plus.
- Willingness to work across regions / time zones & build relationships across Finance.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and good MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills, including a proven ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion.
- Ability to effectively communicate key messages to colleagues, business partners, and senior leaders.
- Effectively coach, train and develop a team of managers and analysts in all aspects of their role.
