- Should have over 16+ years of experience in Talent Management, including 4-5 years managing the entire HR function in a large/medium IT company.
- Responsible for managing the entire gambit of HR function for multiple geographies.
- Develop talent solutions and design approaches for enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Own Talent development and execution, drive key talent retention & development efforts, ensure successful on boarding including orientation and new manager assimilation.
- Enable organization long term growth through developing and implementing talent management strategy, including talent assessment, development, redeployment and succession planning.
- Employee benefits, Compensation planning and bench marking
- Employee retention and attrition management
