Director - Talent Management
Job Summary: You will act as a key partner to aligned businesses, gain deep knowledge of the business, people, and organizational needs to diagnose issues and recommend solutions to challenges, and further the capabilities of the organization.
Role summary
- Partnering across all functions & businesses to design people frameworks and drive the processes.
- HR business partnering with the business leader/s to understand the Talent Priorities and drive actions to address the same
- Working With the TA Team to drive hiring and drive the right hiring decisions.
- Strategize, implement HR programs.
- Driving adherence to HR Process, metrics, and plan
Experience:
- Minimum 12 Years or more in HR Business Partner, preferably from high-growth product start-ups
- Displays strong analytical, logical and numerical aptitude
- Leadership ability and ability to manage complex people problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
