The Role : We are looking for a leader who can create a talent acquisition strategy and execute it. Also a hands-on person and should be a connoisseur when it comes to managing talent relationships, building talent pipelines, and driving recruitment activities. A champion who can create a strong 'Employer Branding'. The candidate will have every opportunity to grow into the 'Head of HR' role eventually.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Hire cyber security researchers (primary)

- Hire engineering talent (primary)

- Hire sales, marketing and other open position in the company

- Manage academia relations and intern programs

- Manage recruitment in in India, USA, EU and across the globe

- Should have the ability to create a repeatable recruitment program

- Measure and improve recruitment effectiveness across the organization

Preferred Skills :

- Extensive experience in hiring engineering & cyber-security profiles

- Experience in managing end to end hiring

- Can independently screen candidates at initial level

- Has managed more than 30 hiring in a year

- Should be well organized and be able to manage workloads during rapid growth of a startup

More Details :

- Years of experience : 10 + years of experience (Flexible based on candidate track record)

- Reports to : CEO

Education : Engineering graduate or a Masters degree in Science or Computer Applications
