Description

Reporting into the Head HR, you will be responsible for creating, shaping, and implementing the recruitment process which aligns with the business strategies

- Managing a high-performing recruiting team to deliver against hiring numbers in a high-growth environment

- Developing hiring programs and initiatives for Employer Branding

Profile

- The ideal candidate will come with a minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition role

- Experience with Technology/Product firms is a must

- Strong business acumen and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
