Director TA
- Act as a key source of getting the right talent and building a pool of people talented and culturally aligned individuals to achieve Group's Vision.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and strategize on their hiring needs.
- Design, develop and execution of recruitment strategy this includes talent pipeline development, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Assist with both internal and external hiring process
- Monitor and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Design & develop Job Description and another recruitment template for standardization across the group
- Build a quality relationship with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners/vendors.
Other Requirement :
- Must have good connections and networking in the recruitment ecosystem
- Understanding of cultural nuances in recruitment
- Sound HR Concepts and Strong grounding in recruitment Principles and practices
- Understanding of various hiring channels and platforms
- Understanding of a customer facing business, preferably with a conglomerate
- Ability to deploy HR Functional Expertise for Business benefits
- Expertise in HR- Philosophy and practice
