ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Design and deliver high-impact RPO services for large hiring mandates, including translating client requirements into execution plans including resource allocation, budgets, timelines
- Strategies short and long-term action plans designed for higher margins and stronger profitability, with client-centricity at the core
- Build deep customer relationships and ensure best-in-class retention while creating upsell opportunities
- Ensure resource optimization, technology interventions and innovative models leading to a healthier bottom-line.
- Adhere to and lead the team on contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs and business-critical milestones.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by way of automation, candidate marketing, candidate generation, and database management.
- Build, train, and coach a high calibre team of recruiters who are trained in the ways of working of the start-up talent ecosystems and have strong out of box talent attraction skills
- Engaging Vendors as and when required keeping in view the overall cost of hiring and the impact it will have on the overall budget of the engagement.
