Job Role Head -Talent Acquisition (ITS)
Work Location Hyderabad
Role Summary
Spearhead the recruiting team for ACS Solutions IT division in India across multiple locations. The role would encompass managing a 20+ member recruiting team, along with maintaining relationships, SLAs with multiple external partners in the contingent staffing and consultancy space. The person would develop multiple avenues for inviting more prospect candidates, aligning requisition closure targets to ACS Solutions' business vision, and enhancing recruiting practices on the foundation of superior candidate experience. Strong collaboration with departments and all associated stakeholders is key.Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recommend, develop and implement recruiting strategies to support the IT Solutions business assignments across India - including but not limited to stakeholder management, hiring plan, recruiting processes, talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process upgrades, managing candidate experience, information management and representation for business units
- Leading a team of 20+ recruiters to drive requisition closures - including but not limited to goal setting, achievement track and succession planning
- Strengthening the team by identifying prospect positions on additional recruiter hiring, skill enhancement for existing teammates, and implementing measures to ensure quality driven efforts
- Vendor identification and management - performance analysis and utilize contract, CTH, FT hiring vendors as per the BU hiring plan layout
- Talent pipelining strategies for key and niche skills across locations/ levels
- Candidate source diversification - utilizing multiple sourcing channels such as career site, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, referrals etc.
- Assessment of existing recruiting policies and practices for efficiency and Lead enhancements from time to time as required
- Provide market insight towards key/ hot skills and help build sustainable competitive advantage for ACS recruiting programs/ practices comparative with competitor organizations, related industries and markets
- Help shape and influence employee communication to ensure sustained engagement and transparency
Core Requirements
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiting Practice Lead, with PAN India recruiting management experience
- Work experience in the range of 18-23 years
- Experience working with, external training institutions and campus relationships.
- Experience in spearheading recruiting for key/ hot skills and higher double digit position closures each month
- Experience with different types of candidate assessment methodologies including assessment centres, psychometric tools
- Proficient with talent acquisition programmes from both a strategic and operative level
- Experience in leading a team (min. 20) with sound leadership skills, based on the foundation of transparency, collaboration, teamwork and joint goals.
- Strong decision-making skills and achievement/goal-oriented mindset
- Interpersonal and motivational skills: capable of building relationships across the organisation
- Primary work location required as Hyderabad for this opportunity.
- Work hours 1pm to 10pm
