- Direct talent acquisition efforts intended to source and attract high quality talent into our organization.
- Raise the standards and process of talent acquisition within the organization
- Update the sourcing, application, and selection process to ensure only high quality talent is selected for potential hiring
- Serve as a partner to other leaders to create and implement a strategic hiring plans to ensure cost- effective, time-sensitive, fitment-driven hiring in order to bring necessary skills into the Company.
- Carry out strategic and prospective planning, map existing talent in the market, plan the acquisition of key skills, and define channels to attract that talent.
- Front-ending new employee orientation
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience focused on highlighting the employee value proposition for prospective joiners
- Bring a value proposal to attract and retain diverse talent unbiased to age, gender, culture, orientation, etc.
- Identify the right target audiences and messaging for different sourcing strategies
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Post grad and/or MBA in HR or equivalent from Tier 1 university
- Experience in Software Tech organizations, SaaS and Professional Services model
- Excellent communicator with ability to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to proactively drive recommendations to positively influence change
- Experience with large volume campus hiring in software tech
