Job Description
- Recruiting for position with different source mix Leadership Hiring Manpower Planning, Cost Optimisation and Budgeting Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organisation and create a strong succession planning pool Identify and engage with hiring managers, negotiate terms of service and alignment with the organisation's policy
The Successful Applicant
- You come with 10-15 years of strong experience in recruitment, candidate assessments, fitment analysis, on-boarding and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space You should have an MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute
