Looking for 15+ years candidate with strong experience in digital hiring and has worked for global recruitment (preferred USA/UK, India)
Location - Noida
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing, screening and onboarding in India, US and UK
- Hands on experience in Digital Tech hiring such as Data, AI/ML, Cloud along with Traditional IT with good understanding of Digital Landscape
- Guide & Manage a recruitment team of at least 6 members
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Experience in Campus hiring is desirable
- Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
- Ability to own and maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Complete interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers
- Create partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles
Interviewing and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement
Requirements
- 15+ years of work experience as a Lead Recruiter/Hiring Manager, supporting diverse business needs
- Must have experience in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles
- Must have prior experience in hiring talent from India, US & UK
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement
- Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Google platform
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, personable and positive
