The Opportunity:
You will play a crucial role in the transformation of our Talent Acquisition practices and organization, partnering with senior leaders and your peers in the Talent Acquisition Team. You will lead Recruitment for a portfolio of Departments
In this Role, you'll get to:
- Collaborate directly with senior leaders, providing talent and recruitment insights, influencing them on the shape and footprint of the organization
- Develop strategies to attract, at scale, the best talent to achieve objectives, using data-driven insights and experimentation
- Lead your team to align with the business goals and to support Talent Acquisition innovation
- Develop your team to grow to be valuable business partners and to innovate within their scope of work
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in crafting and implementing sourcing strategies designed based on talent market intelligence
- Ability to identify and gaps in the recruitment practice and implement improvements at scale. Attitude to explore how those improvements could apply outside of your portfolio
- Creative problem-solving abilities, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, and ready to roll-up the sleeves to get things done
- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights and strategies to drive recruitment success
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage and align stakeholders at all levels within the organization and across global teams
- Business partnering skills applied to the collaboration with senior stakeholders, understanding the business needs, bringing up problems and insights proactively, working together to design solutions, and provide feedback as needed
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and flexibility, and effective working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading multi-cultural talent acquisition teams with people leaders reporting to you
- Ability to understand current talent in your team vs talent that is needed. Ability to plan and take actions to continuously evolve your organization as needed to upskill the team and ensure resilience
