Team Size: 30
- Industry Preference: High Technology / Embedded / R&D / Software / etc.
- Responsible for overall Talent Acquisition activities and initiatives for the company across locations in India.
- Manage a recruitment team of 30+ highly driven professionals.
- Solutioning & Consulting with the business on future needs, developing their hiring strategy both for volume and niche skill hiring across businesses. Supporting specific initiatives and projects. Reviews and metrics form a key part of the consultative process to educate the business and also showcase recruitment function performance.
- Delivery & Execution with respect to the hiring plan which focuses on compliance to all defined processes.
- Ensuring the team meets the business numbers month on month. Making sure that the delivery is within SLAs agreed with the business and all the key hiring metrics are aligned as per agreement.
- Managing the Sourcing and the sourcing channels, Ensuring optimal source mix ensuring quality of hire, cost and identification of potential Talent pools as per business requirements.
