We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader to head all our lateral hiring requirements pan India for a leading healthcare BPO. This is an exciting role for an individual who has a passion to build and lead the organization in its growth path by providing continuous talent pipeline and thereby support to achieve its talent goals and objectives.
This individual will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition aligning all efforts of TA with the company's mission and vision.
The Primary responsibility of the individual will be to identify and build the lateral talent pipeline across verticals pan India.
Desired Profile :
- Minimum 15+ Years of relevant TA Experience with proven results
- Must be performing a similar role in a large company managing a teams across geographies (Healthcare experience is an advantage)
- Currently leading and managing a large recruitment team
- A role model in this leadership position and inspire people to their fullest potential
- Strategic vision with ability for tactical implementation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence all levels throughout organization
Key responsibilities include:
- Manages and leads a set of seasoned recruiters across delivery centers for a motivated performance
- Accountable for delivery of lateral talents across for all business vertical and be the - Go to person- for all lateral hire requirements
- A strong sense of urgency with a solution oriented mindset and approach for all lateral resources requirements
- Positions the brand and attracts the right talents through a range of recruitment strategies
- Partners with vendors through a trustful relation and heads the vendor management vendor management
- Process oriented sourcing and selection approach driven by key TA metrics such as cost per hire, quality of hire, TAT, quantity of hires and other performance SLAs
- Partner with recruitment marketing/branding on outreach strategies, hiring campaigns and employer positioning on social media
- Works closely with the Resource management team, services lines and support units and create successful on-boarding plans and executes to actionable items
- A proponent of technology, this role will engage multiple technology driven tools in sourcing, selection and successful onboarding
- Promotes Employee referral as a preferred channel of hiring 100% complaint with audit and process in all aspects of Talent acquisition
- Exhibiting leadership attributes such as driving for results,Speed of commercial drive and business acumen. Speed of Implementation will be an essential attribute to exhibit in this role.
- Ability to instill confidence among both external and internal key stakeholders and play a critical and value added role in the organization's growth trajectory
