We are selectively engaging with Senior talent for a leadership opportunity for a global marketing firm based out of Bangalore.

This role is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting efforts for Bangalore Center.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Recruiting, will partner with internal and external stakeholders in a hyper growth environment. The individual in the role will partner with the Leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance.

Responsibilities :

- You will partner with Leadership, COE's of Human Resources and Hiring Managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process, provide leadership and direction to the recruiting team to include supervision, mentoring, coaching, training and developing staff.

- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning & sourcing to candidate assessment and offers for the Business Units he/she is assigned.

- Work with the recruiting team and hiring managers to improve and implement highly effective, results-driven recruiting strategies

- Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media to attract qualified candidates.

- Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics & industry benchmarks.

- Function as in-house subject matter expert

- Effectively support multiple client needs & manage against tight hiring deadlines

- Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance.

- Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders

- Should be aware of latest trends, tools, programs that will enable to attract the top percentile of talent.

Qualifications & Experience :

- The individual must have a target of 14 - 16 years of experience.

- Have exceptional communication skills and a very strong ability to manage a variety of globally dispersed leaders.

- Demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, judgment, and poise and must have a solid aptitude for maintaining highly confidential information.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem solving skills with the ability to see patterns; bring a structured and logical approach to decision making and manage execution.

- Strong willed, decisive, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast.

- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles.
