Job Title: Director, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Reporting To: VP, HR
Ideally, premier tier-1 B-school 2010-2012 batch may also consider 2012-2014 if experience is very good.
NOTE : Prior experience in TA in NOT MANDATORY. High quality Business Partnering/or other experience will also be acceptable.
- The role will be responsible for end-to-end TA for the entire company
- This includes and is not limited to Campus Hiring (MBA & Engineers), Employer Branding, EVP, etc.
- Responsible for driving TA, Campus Program & EVP for all functions (primarily Corportate, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology).
- This will include design & implementation of best in class programs and processes which will have a positive impact on the Company Brand.
- Champion the TA, Campus & EVP agenda by working very closely with all the stakeholders - Business HR's, Hiring Managers, Campus touch points & Recruitment Partners.
