Director Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)

- Engage Organization in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives for mass hiring

- Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals for bulk-hiring

- Ensure continuous pipeline creation for open positions and drive the number's weekly, monthly

- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts - additionally build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates

- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.

- Build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates.

- Map similar and relevant companies to understand organizational structures and accordingly align hiring needs

KPIs for the role:

- Lead recruiting team to identify the hiring demands for campus recruitment in India, design and implement Co's Campus recruitment activities accordingly

- Lead recruiting team to implement and follow up Talent Acquisition programs, processes and policies and external market practice to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

- Continuously enhance collaborations with BUHR partners, business leaders, and other HR Center of Excellence to expedite integration of business-relevant programs, processes, policies and systems.

- Lead recruiting team to interact with vendors per service level agreement (SLA), and maximize delivery of outsourced services

- Ensuring closures at all levels within the stipulated timelines and budget

- Achieving key metrics and ratios in talent management

- Process building, adherence, and timely reporting

Qualification And Experience:

1. 15+Years of Experience and Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and tool

2. Solid experiences at end-to-end recruiting process, strong know-how on talent market research skills, methodologies, and related recruiting ATS/CRMs

3. Exposure to diverse talent acquisition experiences will be an added advantage - hiring of professional and shopfloor roles, experience in technology hiring, leadership role etc

4. Good experiences of project hiring under dynamic business situations, RPO team management would be a high plus

5. Project management experience at employer branding, campus hiring, etc. will be highly required

6. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets

7. High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution focus

8. Excellent communicator

9. Well-organized

10. A leader and strategic thinker
