- As the leader of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for making the organisation a preferred employer for top talent across the industry by setting up the best in class talent practices.
Job description :
- Provide talent leadership to the organization and be accountable for all hiring needs for all finance functions to the business leaders.
- Partner with business leaders to understand the hiring requirements and devise mechanisms to ensure these requirements are met within agreed timelines
- Build alternate hiring channels such as referral program, campus hiring, skill development councils to ensure inflow of diversity of talent, inline with the diverse need of the organization
- Be accountable for the hiring quality across all levels of the organization
- Design multiple level hiring manager certification program and ensure missionaries are recognised and acknowledged
- Ensure a trained and certified pool of hiring panelists to enable faster hiring in line with the organization's culture and core values
- Ensure knowledge management of all talent acquisition related processes for standardization and easy access across all times
- Liaisons with external partners and maintain healthy relationships with them
- Develop and run pre-on boarding and onboarding programs for engagement with candidates and employees as per the agreed timelines
- Own and measure the NPS at various levels- hiring process and engagement-candidate NPS, pre-on boarding and onboarding employees NPS
- Work with the marketing teams, external partners to ensure organization has the right visibilities at appropriate forums for talent attraction
- Be accountable for organizational positioning to the candidates, partners and all appropriate institutions we partner with
- Build and lead a team of high caliber talent acquisition team members
- Develop and publish periodic reports, control mechanisms for the hiring requirements
- Establish budget controls wrt the hiring budgets, manpower budgets and drive budget discipline within the organization
- Work with business teams to ensure for automation of routine and repetitive tasks
An ideal candidate is someone who has :
- 12 to 18 years of experience across talent acquisition hiring diverse sets of talent
- A stint in a high growth organization is a must
- Demonstrated ownership of building, leading teams in a high performance driven culture
- Understanding of technology driven solutions in talent acquisition
- Understanding of technology and non technology roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence a variety stakeholders without relying on positional authority
