MBA + 3 years in SCM operations and planning

- Manages multiple warehouse sites focusing on the inventory value and internal process

- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business

- Plans, directs and controls the operation of the warehouse through subordinate supervision ensuring smooth and seamless dispatches

- Standardized Layouts and Infrastructure for enabling high utilization of facilities across businesses, reducing cost, and increasing service level predictability.

- Leading a team of operations executives and setting KPIs for the team

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
