- Review and discussion of main drivers/KPI- s of Supply Chain regional, and local strategies execution. Adjust and coach as needed on local team execution.

- Assist in organizing the planning function (covering demand planning, S&OP process, scheduling, inventory control, procurement, etc.) and managing capacity planning and utilization using analytical models and tools. This involves assessing cost justifications, conducting evaluations, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Support timely execution of main capital projects for the region and high impact projects.

- Support addition of potential contract manufacturer and outside warehouse needs through evaluation and verification of requirements and contract renewals.

- Facilitate use/ upgrade of technology across key processes: Logility, EDI, ERP, S&OP, etc. to drive improvement and consistency.

- Possesses expert level understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement principles and Tools and puts the same to practice.

- Would be responsible for the Health and Safety of employees on the Manufacturing premises.

- Analysis of data management of each unit in terms of demand, plant capacity, performance, safety, and quality to guarantee the match of our supply with customers' demands of product and service.

- Would be responsible for meeting the Company's "Planet" Sustainability goals.

- Interacts regularly with key customers on helping determine forecasts and ensure timely deliveries. Would lead and execute customer satisfaction surveys.

- Works with Supply Chain & Operational heads from other regions to share and adapt best manufacturing practices.

- Responsible for CAPEX budgeting and delivery of CAPEX projects on time and on budget.

- Analyze current deviation of budget and establish correction plans with the team.

- Responsible for the Talent Management of the plant staff.

- Liaises with Governmental Agencies for all production related matters.

- Responsibility of preparing annual Material budgets and delivery of the same.

- Meet committed OTIF by managing the S&OP process. Manages Internal & External customer expectations on delivery, Food Safety and Quality.

- Develops and executes Sustainability plans for Energy, Water and Land Fill reduction.

- Reduction and optimization of working capital by managing inventory at base levels through a robust S&OP process

- Measurable improvements in efficiencies using Lean Principles and Continuous improvement.
