Director - Supply Chain - FMCD

Your Will Be's:

- Accountable for Steering Overallsupply planning for productrequired for sales

- Complete P2P (Purchase to Pay ) operation for CBU, SKD, Part Buying from Chinese ODM, Parts supplier and Local EMS in India

- Processstarts converting the sales demand in the supply fulfilment plan and execution from suppliers in China / India based on their capacity and capabilities

- Divide the plan in CBU and SKD Make in India through EMS

- Manage complete ODM order placements and day to day monitoring the progress with the team

- Align all EMS capacities and settle their costing and release PO for FG with them

- Resolve all day-to-day issue with ODM and EMS

- Lead development of local parts and align EMS for procurement

- SKD kitreconciliation and help them to arrange the balance material to Maxime the SKD turnaround

- You will build and lead a world class team that will ensure top quality product and services

- Accountable for Steering Overallsupply planning for productrequired for sales

- Formulation, KRA & KPI Setup for team

- Hire, Lead, Train and Mentor a high performing purchase team and drive supplier improvement and enhance control mechanism in system

- Negotiate and sealsstrategic SCM related contract agreements, decides SLA

- Vendor Selection and finalization of quotations, negotiations

- Strong Negotiation, Operational &Interpersonal Skills

- Passion to solve problem aggressively

- Must have experience in electronics manufacturing organisations

- Prior experience in working with China ODMs/OEMs in must

- Strong vendor management skill

- Knack for thriving in Fast Paced Environment

- Data Driven and Conceptualization specialist

- BE + MBA with 10+ years of experience in Purchase and supply chain and must have experience in dealing with Chinese supplier and EMS in India
