You will be responsible for:

- Preparing the strategy and three-year operating plan for the vertical, and ensuring alignment of strategy and planning with the lines of business.

- Directing go-to-market efforts for the vertical and coordinating those efforts with the lines of business, as well as with sales, solutions, and other matrix partners.

- Completing strategic and operational reviews of industries, functions and product categories that affect the consumer business.

- Partnering with regions to prioritize investment in new capabilities, assets, and solutions across the vertical.

What You'll Bring:

- Assess the consumer market and develop near and long-term growth strategies for consumer interactive business.

- Work with key internal stakeholders across a matrix organization to prioritize and execute operational activities derived from the growth strategy.

- Identify, prioritize, and validate new market concepts that represent future growth potential, develop business cases to support the development of new markets and investment in growth initiatives.

- Develop a thorough understanding of evolving consumer business models, value chains, and competitive landscape.

- Define frameworks and engagement documents for market engagement plans and go-to market strategies for new -markets and/or new customer segments.

- Draw key insights from deep data and market analysis to develop business cases, forecast models and market segmentation to enable new solutions to our customers' most critical problems.

- Present conclusions and recommendations to key decision-makers including developing supporting documentation.

What You Will Bring

- Management degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with at least 13-15 years of management / leadership experience in management consulting, product acquisition, product strategy, and/or digital channels and marketing analytics

- Experience in Financial Services is required, experience in FinTech and D2C business is an asset.

- Knowledge and experience of working in international markets will be an asset.

- Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advise, and persuasively communicate with key senior stakeholders in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment.
