Director - Insurance

We are looking for Director - Insurance for a big 4 consulting firm based of Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

This role sits in Financial Services - Strategy & Operations practice and involves driving business development activities and managing client relationships, providing thought leadership and mentoring the team.

Also, the candidate will be leading projects in insurance sector and ensure excellence in project implementation and delivery, nurturing client relationships and engaging in pre-sales, proposals and bids.

- Actively manage senior client relationships and drive business development activities.

- Become the thought leader for all workstreams under your supervision

- Project management

- Preparation of consulting proposals in the related domain

- Manage and mentor team - provide direction, review output and oversee client interactions

Education and Experience :

Essential :

- B.E. /BTech/Bachelors in finance/commerce + MBA from reputed institutes and universities (preferably Tier-1 institutes and universities

- Over 10-15 years of experience in insurance industry and/or business consulting for insurance

Essential Skills :

- Experience in business development for new and existing business

- Leading large insurance consulting engagements in the Indian market

- Building growth and go-to-market strategy for Insurance

- Expert on insurance products, processes and innovations

- Good communication and people management skills

- Good interpersonal, client-handling and presentation skills

Experience :

- Experience in consulting for insurance clients in the Indian market

- Preference for candidates from Big-4/Accenture/IBM

- More than 9 years of relevant experience
