A Female, with a Post Grad in Marketing from IIM's / XLRI / FMS / SPJIMR with at least 10-12 years exp. ( Mix of both Commercial & Consulting background ) in a Large MNC Consulting organization + FMCG / Health Care organization ( Combination of Consulting + Business Devp. exposure is a must ) at the Leadership Level is mandatory.

- Act as "think tank" for senior management

- Analyze and identify incremental and breakthrough growth opportunities

- Formulate winning strategies at company and business unit levels

- Develop management solutions for company-wide issues and organizational capabilities

- Lead implementation planning and ownership for execution of business strategies.
