Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience working with leading management consulting firms and/or start-ups in strategy and growth roles
- D2C/ Retail/ Ecommerce experience preferable
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to work across cross-functional teams as well as with portfolio companies
- Proven experience in company valuation and commercial diligence
- Excellent analytical reasoning, critical thinking
- Skilled in basic software - Excel, PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term strategic roadmap for Company and its portfolio companies.
- Act as a central strategy think tank
- Assess new M&A opportunities (in collaboration with M&A team)
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive high-value initiatives for portfolio companies
- Perform robust analysis to define the growth thesis for each brand
- Identify high value drivers at portfolio and brand level
- Collaborate with business leaders across company to drive the initiatives
- Support with Investors and Fundraising
- Create a compelling narrative for different investors on the companies growth story
- Lead Governance cadence
- Drive business planning, goal setting and a regular governance cadence
- Highlight and work with CXOs to resolve the challenges
