Designation: Director - Growth & Strategy

Reports to: Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Define long-term strategic roadmap for us and our portfolio companies.

- Act as a central strategy think tank

- Assess new M&A opportunities (in collaboration with M&A team)

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive high-value initiatives for portfolio companies

- Perform robust analysis to define the growth thesis for each brand

- Identify high value drivers at portfolio and brand level

- Collaborate with business leaders across us to drive the initiatives

- Support with Investors and Fundraising

- Create a compelling narrative for different investors on the TMRW growth story

- Lead Governance cadence

- Drive business planning, goal setting and a regular governance cadence

- Highlight and work with CXOs to resolve the challenges.
