Job Description :

- This is a leadership role in strategy out of the CEO's office for a large Indian conglomerate.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading Indian MNC in foods with a large set up in India as well as overseas. The business is growing profitably and is also listed on the stock exchange in India. They are strategically growing across the globe and their business now requires to hire a strategic expert to function out of the CEO's office and liase towards business excellence across the organisation.

Description :

The incumbent would report into the CEO and be responsible towards:

- Developing strategies that align with the company's vision and mission

- Communicating strategic plans to top management, including the board of directors

- Monitoring industry trends and analyzing data to forecast future business opportunities or risks

- Reviewing and revising existing strategies as needed based on changing conditions in the business environment

- Identifying new markets for product offerings or services where there is potential for growth

- Creating and implementing a long-term strategic plan, including setting goals and milestones

- Developing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products or services

- Creating a vision for the future of the company based on research and analysis of current trends
- Establishing long term goals for the company and developing strategies to achieve them

Profile :

The successful candidate:

1. Should have 8+ years of experience in consulting and strategy

2. Be an MBA from a college of repute

3. Have and analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results across building strategies
