Director - Strategic Sales - Freight Forwarding & Supply Chain Management Services

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that Sales KPIs are met or exceeded at any time and ensure return on sales investment (ROI) meets or exceeds target

- Build new strategic customer target list (10-20 per-sales targeting top customers in the market)

- Drive growth by ensuring appropriate collaboration within Strategic Sales and across product functions and branch/country/regional level

- Implement, coordinate and follow up global and regional initiatives

- Ensure Strategic opportunities follow the Tender Management process, including timely pre-RFQ strategy and alignment with Product and P&L owner

- Ensure CRM pipeline supports strategic sales growth targets in terms of quantity and data quality is constantly above 95%
