- As the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our market position and expand our offerings.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals to drive growth and innovation in the fintech space.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners, including banks, financial institutions, and technology providers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiation & Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of partnerships and alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, using data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and strengthen relationships within the fintech ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of partnership managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services, fintech products, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
