1. Understand the business goals for different platforms, develop a strategy for alliances and partnerships to bring content (products/services) for different platforms.
2. Create business pitches for different businesses/brands across the industry to form a strong coalition network for different programs/platforms across different business accounts.
3. Define the economic, strategic cost-benefit model for different segments.
4. Identify, evaluate and manage partnerships that can drive more traction on our platforms.
5. Work with global brands to identify opportunities for Indian and other markets.
6. Create an operational model to manage the entire process end to end - leads to closure.
7. Hire and nurture a small but strong team to manage alliances and partnerships.
8. Manage and track various KPIs, KRAs for the alliances and partnership vertical.
9. Work with finance, legal, product and marketing to execute various strategic alliances and partnerships.
