Looking for a Seasoned business development/partnerships professional with domain expertise in storage, virtualization, data center infrastructure, data protection. Responsibilities spanning strategic technology alliances, business development, OEM partnership, GTM Planning and execution. You will own the channel development for that is critical for market expansion of Company products.

Job Description

- Own and Lead, alliances function and drive partnership with revenue targets through partner

- Clear technical and business understanding of the Backup\DR vendors and partner ecosystem

- Possess strategic expertise to triangulate available data and formulate prioritization as well as a clear plan for execution.

- Drive sales and partner enablement work closely with management to craft partner programs targeted at increasing company sales and lead/motivate a small team of high achievers.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; MBA would be a plus with 10-15 years of experience in datacenter technologies.

- Strong Knowledge of Backup\DR as well as adjacent application ecosystems.

- Experience working with alliance partners.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

- A strong can-do attitude with strong planning and analytical skills.

- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.

- Willingness to travel up to 25%
