Director - Statutory Audit - Financial Services Assurance - CA - Big4

The work under the financial services assurance consists of the following:

1. Statutory Audit of NBFCs / Banks/ Insurance Companies/Broking houses and other Financial Services.

2. Concurrent audit of Banks

3. Certification work including remittance certificates

4. Limited Review

5. Tax Audits

6. Audit Committee presentation

7. Accounting opinions

Under this, the Role and Responsibilities of the Director would include :

1. Execution of Statutory Audit engagements in the financial services sector

2. Mentoring and Developing Team members;

3. Business Development;

4. Practice Administration;

Candidate qualification & experience

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant

2. At least 10+ years of post-qualification experience,

3. Good experience of audit of financial services sector

4. Prior experience of working with a Big 4 firm
