- Should have post qualification experience of 14-20 Years from consulting Firm in Statuary Audit with Managing Business and developing the business

- Should be Managing team of 40-50 People

- Good Team Management Skills and experience

- Should be managing business of 3+Cr

- Should be writing proposals to the existing and new acquired clients.

- Excellent Communication skills

Impeccable record of planning and executing Statutory Audit (including consolidated and ICFR) & Tax Audit services for clients and directing large audit teams while exercising compliance with audit methodology and manual, auditing standards and legal regulation
