Reporting into the VP - Category Management, you will be responsible for:

- Developing a merchandise sourcing strategy at a regional level.

- Implementing the global sourcing strategy at a regional level.

- Driving process improvement initiatives in collaboration with your team to bring about greater operational efficiency.

- The personal and professional growth of your team.

Profile

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience.

- Extensive experience leading sourcing for a category/retail set up.

- Experience working across multiple apparel categories.

- Extensive team leadership experience.

- A demonstrable track record of strategic interventions that created a positive impact with customers.
