Description: 

Reporting in to the VP of Fabrics, you will be responsible for:

- Devising and driving raw material and technical strategies to create value for the organisation.

- Identifying and capitalising on fabric development and cost optimisation opportunities at a regional level.

- Working closely with the operational level teams to drive strategic goals.

- Offering innovative fabric solutions to the brand team, thereby improving the final offering.

- The personal and professional growth and development of your team.

Profile :

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have:

- Between 12 and 15 years of experience in fabric sourcing and development roles.

- Extensive prior fabric development experience with wovens and denims.

- Experience working across multiple geographies.

- A demonstrable track record of innovating and effecting positive change.

- Experience working with multi-cultural teams.
