Job Description - This role is responsible for a leading a team which will work in collaboration with the Digital Sales Solutions to deliver best services across all consumer touch-points.

Role will be responsible for a team which will be working developing and operating our software products, showcasing creativity and using the latest technologies to bring ideas to life.

Client Details :

Our Client is a Global MNC, a retail sports giant, based out of Gurgaon location.

Description :

- You will translate, design and develop Business Requirements unto working solutions

- You will collaborate with the Platform Engineering Team to be up to date on the standards and technologies and to leverage those in the day to day work in Consumer Order Management space, to the extent possible.

- You will understand the full E2E process along frontend and backend components.

- You will mentor junior team members and contribute to a high performing team continuously

- You will follow existing release process to enable developed features in live systems

Profile :

- Strong hands-on Development and customization experience in IBM Sterling OMS

- Sound knowledge Distributed Order Management, Supply Collaboration, Global Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, Reverse Logistics IBM Sterling Store and Call Center customizations

- Exposure to CI-CD processes and sound knowledge of IBM Sterling Build & Deployment

- Exposure to frameworks & Architecture: Spring Boot, MVC, SOA, Microservices

 

- Database: Elastic Search, Oracle, MongoD, Neo4J

- Agile Methodologies: Scrum/Kanban

- Integration: Kafka, ESB (Tibco / IIB / Mq)

- Experience in tools & processes around code quality, team productivity & tech debt management

- Experience in driving containerization, leveraging modern technology to enhance sterling capabilities.

- Experience in tech stack evaluation & choosing the right tools for the purpose.

- Experienced mentor for IBM Sterling and Java/Open Source Developers

- Knowledge of ECom and Omnichannel domain

- Exposure of working on collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence

- College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent
