Director - Software Engineering

- Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.

- 7+ years managing a team of multi-discipline engineers.

- Self-starter with an ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.

- Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

- Possess a broad range of experience in areas such as software development, architecture, security, SaaS operations, cloud management, etc.

- Strong knowledge of building applications in Java, Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL Databases.

- Experience in an Agile development environment.

- Exposure to AI and ML tech stacks.

- Strong experience of working in global teams and handling multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner.

- Ability to mentor top individual technical talent.
