One of our client is looking for a Director - Software Development.
The brief responsibilities are given below :
Must Have :
- Microsoft Technology experience
- Managing Multiple Projects
- Handling a team of 70+
Should Have :
- Leadership of software development activities throughout the product development life cycle
- Transform high-level strategic product direction into tactical product direction
- Effectively propose and manage schedules as well as resources
- Coordinate and coach development teams with a focus on collaboration, automation, and testing
- Assist in architect and designing solutions based on strong knowledge of the technologies involved
- Contribute to development, and review of product requirements documents, and functional specifications
- Track progress, communicate risks and escalate concerns in a timely manner
- Establish software development practices and standards
- Build world-class, development teams through clear expectations and objectives management, coaching, career development, and smart recruiting
Technology Exposure :
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on application development experience using Microsoft Technologies.
- Experience with full software development life cycle including but not limited to waterfall, Agile and Scrum development practices
- Experience of Managing multiple projects, preferably in North America market
- Healthcare Domain experience preferred.
