Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of skilled developers to ensure successful completion of all projects inside established quality, schedule and scope.
- Good exposure to designing and building cloud based enterprise systems, OOAD is a must .
- Recruit, train, mentor, and provide performance management and professional career development of the development team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Project Managers, Technology Managers and business partners
- Define and shape development architecture, framework, and tools
- Perform design and code reviews
- Contribute ideas and collaborate on innovative projects
- Ability to manage budgets, develops and motivates teams, promote best practices and measure performance.
- Manage day to day operations across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience leading and mentoring a mid to large team of engineers
- Experience building scalable products using .Net & SQL Server, CSS etc
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1015 years of experience with a strong enterprise software development
- 5+ years of development experience
- 6+ years as a technical manager/director
- A flexible self starter who thrives on the challenges of working with new and varied technologies
- Team player with a collaborative work style, strong communication skills and an aptitude for learning and embracing change
- Strong leadership management experience
- Ability to translate quick/informal design into production code
