Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience of actively working in at least 2 ServiceNow implementation / migration
- Experience in at least 2 of the ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, GRC)
- Knowledge on aspects of Platform Design, Development and implementation of ServiceNow.
- Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.
- Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow glide objects such as Glide Records, Glide System, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax etc.
- Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow
- Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
- Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing and production environments
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification a plus)
- Understanding of Agile based approach to software development (SCRUM experience a plus)
- Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes
- Consultative and analytical approach
- Exposure to Pre-sales working on both Green field implementation and migration related RFPs, pro-active solutions
- Generating ideas for building tools and accelerators
