MAIN ASSIGNMENTS :

- Responsible for rolling out networks, interconnect and customer services in a timely and cost-effective manner

- Delivering the assigned customer orders in complete compliance to defined process right from order logging till all the specified services are delivered for sustenance by DC Operation and accepted by end customer.

- He will work with diverse group, individual within and outside the organization, partners, real estate developers and telecom providers to ensure that all KPIs and deliverables of the customer orders are fully met.

- Developing Project Plan/Delivery Schedules, tracking them with all stakeholders till the successful completion delivery, Risk Management, Escalation Management, Sign-off with customer and internal OPS team, regularization of new commissioning into billing process etc.

- Commercial closure to be ensured by completing GRN/SRN for vendor payment.

- Actively participate in reviews with all stakeholders for the execution of customer order and timely reporting to customer and internal management.

- He / she would be responsible to roll out cross connect services as per laid processes between STT and supporting supplier / agencies.

- Ensure process compliance by archiving documents e.g. COPF & PCDs and assist during internal / external audit

- Work with finance and billing team for billing and revenue consolidation and assist with required MIS data.

- Collate rack capacity and funnel data as required for management reporting in consultation with cross functional team and SD team-leads to PMO

Main Responsibilities :

The right candidate for this position will have extensive experience in managing technical projects running at multiple locations, a tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to problem solve and lead with limited oversight. He should be self-starter, have flair for Service Delivery and:

- Capable of leading multiple, complex, multi-disciplinary deliveries through the entire lifecycle of Project including Initiation / Execution / Tracking and reporting / Sign-off / Financials, Quality/Time/Cost controls and Signoff/closure. To Work independently and collaboratively with other stakeholders

- Have an understanding of standard practices in the IT/TELECOM/Datacenter with exposure to fast-track delivery Processes, IT/Telecom/DC services roll-out/transition along with associated documentation and contracting.

- Should have independently handled Customer Service deliveries including engagement with telecom partners, Contract Management and vendor management processes.

- Working on SAP system for aligning project & delivery activities

Work Experience:

- 15-20 years relevant Experience in Data Center COLO deliveries , Customer Project Management and/or Optimization /Transformation projects in IT/Telecom/Datacentre Industry

- Planning and executing telco /COLO projects from order to delivery

- Planning and capacity optimization for space, power, cooling, network and other ancillary services associated with colo services.

- Experience in designing and delivering transmission services using copper, fiber, structured cabling & WAN services using telco cross connect.

- Should have experience of working on MS Project and other Microsoft office tools.

- Working experience on SAP system, CRM applications e.g C4C,SFDC etc .
