Job Title: Director - SEO Solutions

Location: Ahmedabad/ Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic growth.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Analyze and interpret search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices to inform strategic decisions.

- Oversee technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, schema markup, and site speed optimization.

- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO strategies are integrated across all digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred from top institutions (IIT, IIM, IMT, SIBM, etc.).

- 8+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of driving organic growth and solving complex technical challenges.

- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse group of professionals.
