Role & Responsibilities :

Key responsibilities include :

- Be responsible for the Outsourcing Governance and framework for Global Operations, ensuring compliance to all Regulatory, Internal Policy, Entity and functional reporting requirements.

- Represent and be accountable for Global Operations Outsourcing compliance within the Operations executive and regional management committees and cross divisional and shared services steering committees, ensuring appropriate communication and issue escalation.

- Work collaboratively with the global functional and regional managers to support their deployment strategy and ensure their compliance to all Outsourcing regulatory and internal policy requirements is evidenced.

- Establish a clear set of defined roles and responsibilities and minimum standards for each component of the Outsourcing governance framework based on industry best practices and continuously improve the framework, ensuring systems, procedures and reporting are developed and optimized.

- Establish the requirements and lead the implementation of appropriate outsourcing framework tool set, to ensure ongoing supervision and control for all entity and functional governance over outsourcing.

- The role covers all outsourced processes for Global Operations functions including external, intra-entity and Centre of Excellence outsourcing and supports services for Switzerland, London, European, US and APAC entities.

Key deliveries in the role include :

- Acting as the visible leader for Global Operations Outsourcing compliance, including championing, collaborating and supporting Outsourcing compliance initiatives across.

- Driving and developing comprehensive governance and outsourcing framework including roles and responsibilities, minimum standards along with attestation & entity reporting which extends to all outsourcing activities impacting Global Operations.

- Lead the implementation of a global Operations tool to manage compliance with the outsourcing framework and outsourcing manager/service attestation/performance.

- Pro-actively partnering, both with the Functional and Regional Operations Management to ensure efficient and effective Outsourcing attestation with functional and entity reporting.

- To oversee the delivery of outsourcing compliance reports and scorecards, with a focus on outsourcing criticality, performance and risk measures.

- To perform this role successfully an individual must be capable of managing both strategic change agendas, whilst also managing and delivering day to day outsourcing regulatory and control compliance.
