Position Summary:
1. Ability to support RFI/RFP management, Solutions design & Transition execution related to Organisations Products
2. Exposure to Product deployment life cycle. Trained or Certified in Agile / PMP etc
3. Hands on capability to create Assessment solutions and present to Client
4. Ability to do accurate effort estimation for all activities
5. Have responsibility for the project management of selected transitions or segments thereof from the point, the work is identified to the point it is handed over to the Operating team in the organisation
6. Project management - process transitions, prepare project plan (both detailed & high level), volume ramp plan, QA QC plan, communication plan, governance plan
7. Ability to foresee critical risks at Solution & Transition stage
8. Understanding of contractual documents such as NDA, MSA, SOW, LOE etc and ability to draft the documents in consultation with Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT Infra, Operations, Finance and other teams
9. Effective Stake holder management both internal and at client side
10. Ability to lead governance and daily calibration meetings internal and client, track MOMs and publish
11. Work with hiring team for hiring initiation, follow to closer of hiring requirements
12. Work with operations leaders for approvals on hiring, pricing and contract terms specific to ops
13. Work with training team for KT plan preparation, implementation, certification
14. Work with Quality team for QA QC plan, implementation of QC during transition stage, to perform error analysis and publish RCA and action plan
15. Works to tight timelines, competing priorities and rapidly changing requirements
16. Consider, escalate and resolve issues which arise as part of planning and executing transitions including, but not limited to, IT matters, training and skills transfer, cost of transition, local country change management issues, risk management, etc.
17. Track and report on milestones for transitions (including budgets) and on consequences of the transition against original business case
18. Effectively support the Organizations- Transition Leader in overall management of all transition work, developing appropriate reports for communicating to various stakeholders
19. Have a contributory role in designing and updating transition methodology and supporting tools, including determining the appropriate program structure for each transition
20. He/she should have a global perspective in leading virtual teams and ability to work within a matrix management structure, and be prepared to travel as needed
21. Ability to handle multiple deliverables with quality and timelines
22. Work in US shift timings
23. Ability to multi-task and handle pressure intensive deliverables
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Core Solutions & Transitions experience of at least 5 years between 3rd party and captive International BPO with specific exposure of leading Product Implementation projects
2. Managed at least 2-3 projects on BPM domain with Product implementation
3. Good understanding of Remote connectivity solutions and ability to lead discussions with IT Infra Leads
4. Ability to lead Program and Projects which has Product component independently & a self-starter
5. Knowledge of Product assessment, design and implementation lifecycle, processes etc
6. Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
7. Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Project, etc is a must
8. Exposure to PMO tasks and activities- Sound clarity and concepts are a must
9. Managed at least 2-3 multi-tower projects within BFSI domain within last 2 roles
10. Should have multitasking ability to manage sub-process requirements.
11. Strong analytical skills, Quick Learner and problem solving skills
12. Individual contributor role to own and deliver multiple projects
Qualification and Work Experience:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate - any stream
2. Min 12+Yrs Experience Overall. Core Solutions & Transitions experience of at least 5 years between 3rd party and captive International BPO with specific exposure of leading Product Implementation projects.
3. Managed at least 2-3 projects on BPM domain with Product implementation
