Skills Required:
1. 12+ years of total work experience, of which 5+ years of relevant digital measurement and analytics experience preferably focused on paid & owned media.
2. Specific experience with digital AdTech ecosystem, digital analytics, including hands-on experience with tools such as Google Adwords, Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, (or other tools like them)
3. Manage a team of analysts and enhance the analytical rigor of the team
4. Proficient with some programming / database querying tools (R, Python, SQL, etc.)
5. Google experience in DMP, Doubleclick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DSP, AdTech, Adobe Audience Manager, Attribution.
6. Proficiency in working with customer data at large scale
7. Knowledge and expertise to partner with business stakeholders to optimize existing marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities to improve the value that marketing drives for the business.
8. Knowledge of the ad buying marketplace including DSPs, bidders, and programmatic platforms
9. Strong working knowledge of BI/reporting tools, programmatic/media analytics methods, web analytics tools and CRM solutions
