Job Description - We are seeking an experienced executive for a leadership position to lead the Sales P&L for our Renal Care Equipment range of products at domestic as well international level, based in Bangalore. Experience in handling Renal Care equipment/ Kidney dialysis/ nephrology devices portfolio is preferred.

Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Dialysis Equipment Business' P&L Management, Service Delivery, Client Relationship and Internal Stakeholder Management.
- Driving pan India expansion by partnering with government as well as private hospitals for initiating and on-boarding their dialysis units on Capex, Opex, hub & spoke business platform.
- Looking after end-to-end management of multiple works like Medical Billing and Account Receivables etc.
- Defining strategies to increase Customer base in the existing/new centres through various platform and mode.
- Provide directions and structure for dialysis units- Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization
- Responsible for managing multiple accounts across centres pan India.
- Facilitating processes, re-engineering, and improvements to enhance customer engagement- Generating new prospects for the organisation to showcase capabilities
- Ensuring attrition control & job enrichment at process levels
- Support teams- Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees.
- Work with training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management
- Managing reports and audits of current procedures and defining standards measure processes and monitor the efficiency of operations.
- Strategic partnerships with hospital chains and Nephrologist for driving business growth for the organization.
- Successful on-boarding and handover of dialysis centres by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and business functions.
- Driving both top line and bottom line for the equipment sales P&L to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Conducting quality market research, risk analysis, business feasibility analysis and market assessment for creating a high quality lead funnel for driving business growth for organization.
- Team building and management for enabling resources fulfil their potential and contribute in business growth.
- Driving branding and marketing initiatives for improving brand visibility and brand recall to facilitate business growth from existing centres through patient retention and growth.
- Brand Building for organization through PR, branding, patient outreach programs, traditional as well as social media marketing and leveraging the same for business growth.
- Documented history of sales leadership success and demonstrated success in a highly competitive, aggressive, growth sales environment preferred
Profile
- Minimum 15 year's experience in Med tech/Life science/Pharma company with a background in the Renal Care Equipment business.
- Should have managed P&L and cash flow management in their current role
- Proven track record of managing budgets and revenue growth successfully
- Documented history of sales leadership success and demonstrated success in a highly competitive, aggressive, growth sales environment preferred
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Significant exposure to domestic market
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills
