Director/Senior Engineering Manager - Application - IT

Education Required: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Graduates (Computer Science preferred), strong in academics and good aptitude; excellent communication skills with a flair to learn quickly.

Experience required: 13+ years in the software industry. 5+ years of experience in Managing a team of Software Engineers.

Note: Ability, experience, and performance in the evaluation - will drive the responsibilities given to selected candidates.

Technical Skills: Required :

Strong development skills in Application Technologies like:

- JavaScript-OOJS,

- Any JS framework (Angular, Backbone,Ember,React)

- CSS/SCSS

- HTML5,

- Responsive frameworks (Foundation/Bootstrap),

- Be hands on with RESTful Architecture.

- Has good exposure to SDLC/Agile Best Practices

Good to have :

- Node.js

- Build tools like Grunt, Gulp, Web pack

- Mocha,Chai,Jasmine

- Bonus:

- Experience with Mobile Technologies

Experience with building financial applications
