About The Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Director / Sr Director/ VP with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. You will work on everything ranging from strategy and planning for the HR department to act as an advisor on strategic initiatives in the company.


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.

- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale and training and development.

- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.

- Help in positioning our employer brand in both external and internal market and lead the company towards becoming one of the great places to work.

- Create, streamline and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.

- Anticipating the future manpower changes in the organization and plan accordingly so as to ensure that there is a sufficient level of candidates in the pipeline who can join the organization as and when needed

- Automating the HR processes and streamlining processes like hiring, performance management, training & development, grievance redressal so as to drive our mission of becoming a completely data driven company

- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law & then applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

- 15+ years of experienced human resource professional with established knowledge of the consulting industry.

- Ability to deliver accurate, high impact results in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management

- Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
